Cruise News 

This spring marks the return of a San Diego tradition on Mission Bay: Bahia Belle Family Sightseeing Cruises between the Bahia and the Catamaran Resort, its sister property. On Thursdays through Sundays, guests can board the Bahia Belle, a classic turn-of-the-century sternwheeler boat, from the Bahia Resort dock for a 1 hour 15-minute excursion. Guests are treated to a complimentary welcome beverage and a self-guided scavenger hunt/souvenir for kids. There’s also a cash bar and grab & go food offerings for purchase. Tickets cost $15 for hotel guests and $20 general admission. Reservations are required. 

Foodie Delights 

Diners can hop over to the Bahia’s signature restaurant Dockside 1953 for Easter Champagne Brunch on March 31, featuring a visit with the Easter Bunny, an egg hunt (find the golden egg and win a prize!), live entertainment, and more. Cost is $110 per person, $55 for kids ages 5-11.  

Family Flicks  

The Bahia Resort also hosts complimentary Family Movie Nights, every Saturday at 7 p.m. inside the Residents’ Lounge.  

Bliss on the Bay  

An ultimate beach playground, the Bahia Resort presents its new SUP Yoga experience for guests on Saturdays at 10 a.m. (sign up at guest services). Beginners to advanced yogis are invited to find their Zen while staying afloat on the calm sparkling waters of Mission Bay. Everything is provided, including boards, anchors, and paddles.
